BOILING LOVE
Today, as I was boiling milk, my mind was boiling with thoughts too. Watching it closely, I realized that every relationship at some point reaches its own boiling point. No matter how hard you try life tests your relationship by turning up the heat.
let me make this easy for you....Think of milk as love. When you put it on the stove, it starts with a slow jog then picks up speed and before you know...... it’s racing toward the edge. Oh my god—tension, stress! A slight mistake, and it can spill over.(dramatic ahhaan) The worst part? Even if you do nothing, it can still spill. Just like in a relationship—one fight, one moment of neglect and all the love you once shared can overflow and be lost or second option is to just turn off the gas at the right time......Let it settle, give it some time, understand each other and maybe even add some chai, coffee, or chocolate powder—whatever gives it the flavor you need to sustain it or Lower the flame, let it simmer (bade pyaare se ubhalne do) and turn into something sweet like rabdi.
So the next time if you feel stuck and think you don’t have a choice, remember—if boiling milk has three options, so do you. Maybe that’s why our ancestors said, don’t cry over spilled milk.
Because whether it’s milk that has overflowed
from the pot or a lover who has left your heart
once it’s gone, it’s gone.
