Storyyyyy Time!!

I woke up shocked. Not surprised. Shocked.The first thing I did was curse myself.How do you set two alarms and still sleep like a baby? (frustrated) God, I am an idiot.(Ughhhh) 
Bhayankar panic karne ke baad....Naturally, I thought, Should I call customer care?I did and shockingly they didn’t care. (LOL. Anmol, your humour is tragic.)

Then I thought, Wait… it’s an Indigo flight.(You know their history...right?)
So I silently prayed in my mind - Maybe....just maybe it’s delayed.

And BOOM.
Delayed by one full hour.I jumped in happiness (aise log kehte hain jab woh khush hote hain).Because HOW is this even possible?

I rushed like my life depended on it...57 seconds and mai shoes pehnkar readyyy ....Did I brush my teeth? Absolutely not.
12,000 ki dusri flight ho rahi thi - daant gaye bhaad mein.

By 7:47, I was at the airport and guess what? The flight was delayed even more.Every single passenger was angry. Frustrated. Ready to riot and then there was me - calm. Smiling. Blessed.

Reason for the delay? The pilot was missing.

Missing.
Not late. Not stuck.
Missing.

Lamest reason ever? Because that’s when it hit me - God did this.He paused the entire flight.He inconvenienced everyone.Just so I could sleep peacefully.As if He said,“My child is sleeping. No one is going anywhere until she wakes up.”

If this isn’t the universe screaming I love you,
then honestly - what is?

Writing this blog as a reminder for myself that Universe loves me and I am sure there will be days when I am down...I will just come back and read this.
